Once primarily a rural area, Greenwood Village blends the best of city and country living on the south
side of metro Denver. Approximately 12,362 people reside in the town, which is located in Arapahoe County. The community is
known for its excellent facilities, public services and real estate options. Greenwood Village is the home of the Denver Tech
Center, a cluster of technological businesses that add about 50,000 people to the city’s daytime population. Local students
attend classes at several schools of the Cherry Creek School District and Littleton Public Schools. One of the nation’s
top school districts, CCSD serves more than 40,000 area students. Both school systems have higher ACT and SAT scores than
Colorado or national averages.
